Landscape designer and former textile designer, Honor Bates is moving into the world of children’s books as an author/illustrator.

Honor was born in New York and lives in London. She trained at the Chelsea School of Art, the University of Florence and the City Lit and now writes and illustrates children’s stories for the very young.

A career spanning the visual arts and her love of fiction combine in her picture books where the illustrations tell their own story.
